My project management approach focuses on each client’s unique needs without neglecting their overarching objectives — or their budget.
I start each project by defining goals and constraints, building consensus with my client, and preparing for and preventing issues before they arise. From the initial process of receiving input from clients, I plan according to their requirements. My estimates are based on historical data, and I measure cost and productivity throughout each project to keep within budget.
Above all, I remain flexible and open to change during any multimedia or graphic design project. In the fast-paced environments of my clients, it is often a sprint and not a marathon, so adaptability and responsiveness are critical.
